So, what can you expect?

For starters, zero pain, as we’ve mentioned. The Vivace feels like light pressure to the face, with an occasional, light sparking feeling. A numbing cream is applied 30 to 45 minutes prior to the procedure, which helps with the comfort-level of the experience. Vivace works on all skin types, including tanned or dark skin, and takes about 45 minutes, plus the additional 30 to 45 minutes needed for numbing. Many physicians’ recommended protocol, according to Vivace, is three treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart. Results vary depending on each individual patient’s collagen and elastin production, as its continues to accelerate production and improve over time.

Serums or recovery protocols are usually recommended following the procedure to help create optimal results and speed up recovery. The Vivace Experience™ promises no “social downtime” and assures that clients will be able to go out at night with little to no indication that they received the treatment that day. Vivace does advise to stay out of the sun and refrain from working out for three to five days in order to really get the most out of your Vivace treatment.
